The tonal range in this piece is wonderful! I can tell that a lot of time and care was given to this. I love the minute details in her dress pattern, and the rendering of her hair. Her eyes really pop out, too.
There is one thing that is a little distracting for me, though. I cannot help but notice some stray pixels around the art. Perhaps some extra attention post-scan (I am assuming you scanned this and did not take a photo of it) would be more beneficial and give more justice to the amount of time and effort you put into this piece.
From an illustrative standpoint, I find this to be a wonderfully detailed study. it lacks originality, because it is merely looking at an image that has already been created by another artist. But that is not a bad thing! I do the same thing myself. It is a great way for an artist to better hone their skills, and from this piece, I can see that you have learned a lot by using this technique.
Overall, this is wonderful! The variety of techniques used and attention to minute detail is breath taking. You did a lovely job <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title=":) (Smile)"/>
